Declarant - (n.) One who declares.
Declaration - (n.) The act of declaring, or publicly announcing; explicit
asserting; undisguised token of a ground or side taken on any subject;
proclamation; exposition; as, the declaration of an opinion; a
declaration of war, etc.

distinct statement; formal expression; avowal.

or proclamation; as, the Declaration of Independence (now preserved in

Declarator - (n.) A form of action by which some right or interest is
sought to be judicially declared.
Declaratorily - (adv.) In a declaratory manner.
Declaratory - (a.) Making declaration, explanation, or exhibition; making
clear or manifest; affirmative; expressive; as, a clause declaratory of
the will of the legislature.
